After a practice run in 2016 to Paris, Rainer Struck is planning a sponsored bike ride for May 2017 in aid of African Vision Malawi.

London to Marseille…. that’s 1000 miles!

He will be setting off from his home near Beaconsfield on 20th May and after getting the ferry to France he will cycle to Paris and then  south to Marseille. He is going to cycle around 70km – 100km each day.

As former Deputy Head of The Mall School in Twickenham, he has been involved in working with AVM, to raise funds for The Mall’s partner school Chitsime in Malawi. How wonderful it would be to raise £10,000 for educational, medical and other equipment for the very needy children of the school. You can keep up to date with his progress here …
